What I collect, and what I do with it

What is sent, and where

The assistant is a program, not me. What you type to it is sent to the AI service that writes its replies. I do not share your private information with anyone else, and I use it only to run the helper.

What I keep

• The messages, and the time of each one.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, so one person cannot flood the assistant. I do not keep the address itself. After 2 days even the scrambled version is erased.
• No cookies from me for the assistant. It remembers your chat only until you close the tab.

Contact details

Anything you type in the chat, contact details included, is part of the messages: it is sent to that AI service and kept as described here. It reaches me as a request only when you press Send on the card that shows your details. I read the chat that comes with a request, so I know what you asked.

How long I keep it

A chat you did not send to me is deleted after 30 days.

If you do send a request, I keep the chat with it for as long as I keep your details, and delete both together.

Please do not share anything sensitive

Do not put passwords, payment details or health information in the chat.

To have a chat deleted, email hello@spirin.tech and say roughly when you chatted, so I can find it. I will delete it.
